Host Location Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a publicly listed Faith Reimagined Host Location.

Host Locations are churches, ministries, and individuals who feel called to open their homes or buildings to others seeking to follow Jesus after Mormonism. Our hope is to connect people with trusted, local communities where they can experience biblical encouragement, authentic relationships, and ongoing discipleship.

Who Should Apply?

This application is for those who:

  • Plan to offer Faith Reimagined on a recurring or cyclical basis (rather than as a one-time group).

  • Have an appropriate place to host, such as a church, ministry, or private home.

  • Are willing to welcome participants who discover your group through the Faith Reimagined website.

  • Have a Lead Facilitator and the resources needed to lead a Faith Reimagined group.

What Does It Mean to Be a Host Location?

If your application is approved, your group will be listed on our Host Locations page so people in your area can learn about your group and contact you directly.

Because Faith Reimagined does not manage local groups, each Host Location is responsible for:

  • Providing and maintaining a meeting location.

  • Setting group dates, times, and schedules.

  • Managing participant registration and communication.

  • Facilitating the group or appointing qualified facilitators.

  • Keeping any publicly listed contact information and group details up to date.

To help interested participants connect with you, upon approval we will ask for contact information to display on your listing. This may include an email address, phone number, website, online registration page, or other method you choose for people to learn more or register. All communication and registration are managed directly by your organization—not by Faith Reimagined.
